Patients will be emailed questionnaires to fill out prior to their initial assessment.
The first visit focuses on a comprehensive history, main concerns, and goals, and will include a detailed pelvic floor assessment, that can include a a gentle internal or external pelvic floor assessment to better understand muscle tone, strength, and coordination. Each session is private, respectful, and fully guided by your comfort level.
Following this initial assessment, treatment recommendations will be provided. Pelvic floor treatment may involve:

● Breathing and relaxation techniques
● Manual therapy
● Bladder and bowel re-training strategies
● Postural and core exercises
